Administrator is the account with full control of Windows. With it you can:
Full access comes with full responsibility: you keep the server updated and secure, keep your own backups of important data and use the server lawfully under the Use of service rules.
StealthRDP provides the infrastructure only. Microsoft licensing is not included and is not supplied by StealthRDP, including SPLA and RDS licences. Windows Server Evaluation may be provided for evaluation only; it is not a permanently licensed installation.
Windows Server allows two Remote Desktop sessions for administration. Regular use by more people needs Microsoft Remote Desktop Services licences, which you obtain yourself.
