Windows licensing

StealthRDP does not provide Microsoft Windows licences, SPLA licences, RDS licences, activation keys, or licensing services, even if requested.

What this means

1. StealthRDP provides the server. StealthRDP does not provide the Microsoft licence.
2. Microsoft Windows licensing is not included and is not supplied by StealthRDP.
3. Where Windows Server Evaluation is used, it is Evaluation software. It is not a permanently licensed Windows installation.
4. Evaluation software is intended for evaluation and testing. It is not licensed for continued or production use without appropriate Microsoft licensing.
5. Customers using Windows are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any Microsoft licences required for their intended use.
6. StealthRDP does not obtain, supply, or determine Microsoft licensing for a customer.

Evaluation software

Windows Server Evaluation may be provided for evaluation and testing where it is currently available. It must be treated as Evaluation software, not as a permanently licensed Windows installation. Rearming or extending an evaluation period does not convert Evaluation software into a licensed production edition. See How to Extend the Windows Server 180-Day Evaluation Period.

Customer-owned Microsoft licences

Customers may use their own eligible Microsoft licences where permitted by Microsoft's applicable licensing terms. Customers are responsible for determining whether their licence is valid for their intended hosted deployment. Eligibility can depend on the customer's licensing agreement, licence type, Software Assurance or subscription status, and deployment environment. StealthRDP does not determine that eligibility and does not guarantee that a particular licence will work.
