Report abuse
Where to report
If a StealthRDP IP address sends spam, hosts phishing or malware, attacks your network or infringes your rights, write to support@stealthrdp.com.
What to include
- the IP address or domain involved;
- the date and time of the activity, with the time zone;
- what happened: spam, phishing, malware, scanning, an attack or an infringement;
- your evidence: log lines, full email headers, URLs or screenshots;
- for a copyright complaint: the work concerned, where it is published and your contact details as the rights holder or their representative.
What we do
We review every report. Depending on its nature and the evidence, we suspend or terminate the service, without prior notice where needed. A second abuse case closes the customer's account and all its servers for good. The rules are in Use of service and Termination of service.
Problems with your own server
The abuse address is for reports about our network. For help with your own service, open a support ticket or write to support@stealthrdp.com.
