Manage Citadel organization settings: plan entitlements, team invites and roles, email alerts for attack and DNS events, and test webhook deliveries.
Organization and team
Review plan entitlements in Settings. Invite teammates with the role they need. Verify your email if prompted, because security mail requires a verified address.
Notifications
Choose email events such as attack start or end and awaiting DNS. Add a webhook URL for attack or lockdown events, then send a test delivery to verify it reaches your endpoint.
For invoices, renewals or a human ticket, use billing and support.
